Our customer wanted more shop space and that is exactly what we gave him. This huge building will act as a shop down below with living space on the 2nd story. We enjoyed working on this project and getting to know our clients. Their home is truly amazing and we were so pleased to build this addition to an already sweet property with ultimate views.

Gardiner Modern Vacation House

Updated pictures coming soon! This modern home sits on top of a hill overlooking gorgeous Gardiner area with a full view of discovery bay. The views are making for a wonderful place to go to work.

This house includes a pass through window from the kitchen to the deck, decorative beams, a very custom fireplace, a cute loft with the best vantage point, and a custom deck. We will sure miss coming here after we are finished with this wonderful new home.

New contemporary modern custom home built 275 feet off the bluff of Discovery Bay, W.A. with jaw dropping views. We took this property from raw land with a healthy amount of trees to a completed, beautifully landscaped property(landscape done by the new homeowners)

Beautiful single family residence with detached garage and bonus room. This was an Owner/Builder shell package. We are looking forward to seeing the finished result from these great customers with exceptional taste.

Airplane Shop

Overlooking a serene pond that is home to a gaggle of geese, this large shop will be used to build a small airplane!

​

Due to the quality of the soil, a drainage ditch was needed and we built a new road to get to this shop. Connecting to a power source far away and across the street was labor intensive but seeing this come together was worth it.
